About the Allegro Quartet

Welcome to the Allegro String Quartet of Kansas City!

The Allegro Quartet is made up of musicians from around the Kansas City Metro area. We have played for weddings, receptions, and corporate events all over the metro area for over 12 years. Some of the more popular venues we have played at are:

Hawthorne House, The Loretto ,Longview Mansion, Madrid Theater, Arcadian Hall, Loose Park Rose Garden, Pilgrim Chapel, as well as various churches around the KC Metro area.

Our fee for a standard wedding is $600 for a quartet, $500 for a trio, and $400 for a duet. This fee includes a planning session where we meet with you in person and help plan your wedding music. A standard wedding includes up to 30 minutes of prelude music while guests are being seated, processional and ceremony music, and postlude music until guests have been dismissed.

Receptions, parties, or other events for the first hour are $600 for a quartet, $500 for a trio, and $400 for a duet. Each additional hour is $150 for a quartet, $125 for a trio, and $100 for a duet.

Receptions are $150/$125/$100 per hour if we also play for the wedding and the reception is nearby and immediately following the wedding.
