framework design is a full-service, design-build firm created to make your project happen. Our goal is to get you from conception to creation and have fun along the way.

frameworkdesign was founded in 2003 by Eric and Lauren Wendlandt as a way to further explore design and art while working within the field of architecture. Our 15+ years of combined experience include projects ranging from affordable housing and custom homes to skyscrapers, modern office buildings, corporate campuses, and civic projects.

Our goal is to provide the client with a “one-stop-shop” design-build experience that includes everything from architectural design, interiors, and landscaping to announcements at the completion of the project, from conception to creation.
