About Chaz on the Plaza

Popular among local patrons and out-of-town visitors alike, the restaurant is a celebration of Kansas City. The cuisine is a playful fusion of modern American styles. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The kitchen is presided over by executive chef Jason Wiggin and sous chef Kelly Conwell.

Chaz Lounge is the place on The Plaza for a well-crafted cocktail or boutique regional wine. Happy hour specials are featured weeknights. Chaz is also where the diverse KC sound is being defined by local composers and musicians Tuesday through Sunday evenings. The lounge is open daily until Midnight (except Sundays).
