Greg Patterson & Associates is a small full-service commercial real estate services company. The company, founded in 1999 by Greg Patterson, has been involved in investment and development and in 2007 became an independent brokerage licensed in Missouri and Kansas.

The hallmark of the business is excellent, high integrity service to long-term and referred clients. The firm specializes in urban core Kansas City, Missouri, and serves Jackson County, the KC Metropolitan six-county area, and a 200-mile radius.

Greg Patterson, President, and Susan Scott, Vice President, work with a network of associate businesses and professionals, including AAA Secretarial Service, EFH Capital Management, Untersee and Associates, Willoughby Design Group, Signway, Kansas City Business Journal, CoStar Realty Information, the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS, and others to provide timely, high quality expertise for all commercial real estate needs. While the company does not do small multi-family or residential brokerage business, its referral networks can provide assistance to any client and offer the check and balance of a professional referral to another broker. Cooperative brokerage relationships are respected and encouraged in order to better serve our clients. Assignments outside of metropolitan Kansas City may be referred to commercial brokers in the Missouri and Kansas Association of REALTORS or the CCIM network.
