MMAC's president, Kathleen Stegman, RN, M.A., started Midwest 17 years ago. She was the first to offer microdermabrasion and laser hair removal in Kansas City. She has trained extensively on every type of "looking good" technology that is developed and continues to lead the way in Kansas City with all of the new innovative procedures that are being developed. Kathleen is the "go to" person for a personal consultation on how to look your best. With 17 years experience in this field, she can assess your face and body and give you a great objective opinion of how to look your very best.

Midwest Medical Aesthetics medical supervisor and resident plastic surgeon, Frederick A. Buck, D.O., FAADEP, brings many years of experience in cosmetic surgery to MMAC. Dr. Buck trained in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery.  Dr. Buck performs the most state-of-art, no downtime and in office procedure "Cool Lipo" along with the purely "Tumescent Technique" of Liposuction at Midwest Medical Aesthetics. That is right! You can watch your favorite DVD, listen to music, be entertained by Dr. Buck and his assistant, Cinthia, or talk to your friends on the telephone DURING SURGERY! Tamara also does waxing, lash/brow tinting and teeth whitening. Tamara is available for clinical skin care consultations and will be able to devise a skin care program for a patient utilizing the "best" in medical skin care products available on the market today.
