
The Ball Conference Center is the perfect destination for weddings, social and business events, meetings, and seminars, featuring a 4,800 square foot ballroom, executive boardroom, learning center and space for catering services. The impressive ballroom seats up to 320 guests, however, for smaller venues, the space can be divided into three separate, sound-insulated conference rooms. The executive boardroom and tiered learning gallery are perfect for business meetings and luncheons.
In every room, the Center features state of the art technology, including audio/visual podiums that have DVD/VCR combination units, microphones and laptop computer connections. This technology is perfect for photo slideshows of the bride, groom and their families and is included with the rental cost.
During business presentations, speakers have the option of utilizing wireless lapel and/or handheld microphones. Video- and teleconferencing allow connections to one or multiple remote sites. In addition, the entire facility has wireless Internet capabilities in order for you to stay connected at your event.
The rental cost includes tables, chairs, dance floor, portable bars, and room setup. While there is no onsite caterer, the facility offers a variety of catering options for you to choose from. In addition, the center allows you to provide your own beverages, including alcohol, for the event.
Finally, when you hold your event at the Ball Conference Center, you are supporting KVC Behavioral Healthcare, a not-for-profit organization that provides medical and behavioral healthcare, social services and education to children and families.
