There's no other place in Kansas City quite like Union Station -- where connections to the past and present, education and entertainment are made. An architectural treasure with an illustrious history dating back to its gateway to the West days in 1914, the Station was restored to glory in 1999.

Today, the 850,000-square foot landmark is home to the interactive Science City, traveling exhibits, restaurants, shops, special events and more. Union Station's Theater District features live performances on the H&R Block City Stage and state-of-the-art 3D movie projection on the giant Extreme Screen.

Attraction Hours While Union Station is open FREE to the public every day 6 a.m. to midnight, the attractions (including Science City, Traveling Exhibits and the Theater District) are open Tuesday-Sunday. Click for attraction hours and showtimes.

First Class Ticket Admission: includes admission to the following attractions: KC Rail Experience, Science City, Gottlieb Planetarium and one Regnier Extreme Screen movie.  $19.50 per person.

Roundtrip Ticket Admission: includes admission to the following attractions: Science City, Gottlieb Planetarium, and one Regnier Extreme Screen movie.  $14.50 per person

Express Ticket Admission: includes admission to Science City and Gottlieb Planetarium.  $9.50 per person

One Way Ticket Admission: your choice of the following: Gottlieb Planetarium, KC Rail Experience or one Regnier Extreme Screen movie. $6.50 per person. 

Admission prices vary for traveling exhibits and premier traveling exhibits, as well as for City Stage Theater shows.
