The Murphy Law Firm, LLC is an Overland Park, Kansas based law firm, serving clients in Kansas, Missouri, nationally and internationally.  Our practice is focused upon business law and civil dispute resolution.

Our business practice entails a full range of representation for small to medium-sized businesses, including entity choice and formation, capitalization and funding, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, contractual relationships, employment matters and other issues confronting today's businesses.  We also have significant experience in both day-to-day and sophisticated real estate matters, including syndication, development, construction, 1031 exchanges, and mechanic's liens.

Our dispute resolution practice includes representation in the trial, appellate and supreme courts of Kansas and Missouri, the district federal courts in Kansas, Missouri, Michigan and Illinois, the6th, 8th, and 10th Circuit Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

We have substantial trial experience in business litigation, arbitration and mediation involving such topics as shareholder disputes, contracts, securities, employment issues, real estate and construction.
